IEEE Xplore is now back online and available for all of our subscribers. The disruption in access earlier today was due to a power outage caused by inclement weather conditions in New Jersey. This issue was then further complicated by connectivity issues with our backup site in Arizona.
IEEE has remedied the issue and does not expect any further downtime. Now that access has been restored, IEEE will undertake a thorough review of our failsafe processes in order to provide the best experience possible for our valued customers.
